The Search Queue Table

The search queue table lists searches in reverse chronological order. The table display the search ID, the search parameter file used, the run or runs used, the launch time, the search status (queued, in progress or completed), the number of compute units used in the search, the number of compute unit hours used to complete the search and the actual time consumed in the search.

One or more searches may be selected using the check boxes and the buttons at the bottom of the table can be used to download the search outputs, delete the searches or combine multiple searches into a single output.

Clicking the search ID takes you to a page where you can inspect the search results and view or download those results.

Clicking the search parameters downloads those parameters as an XML file.

Clicking the runs downloads the MGF files of those runs.

Click the status link downloads the native output file in XML format of that search.
